Can these things cause higher blood pressure?

I have had a lot of little things going on and the time before last that they took my bp it was low, and on tuesday it was high. Now they want to yank me off my birthcontrol if I don't get my bp down, can these things cause my bp to be higher:

-Caffine intake (when I don't normally drink caffinated drinks)
-Taking tylenol 2-3 times a day for a long period of time for tooth pain
-being a "temp" so having no job security with the position I am in currently ending in 2 weeks
-having been on a cycle for 28 days straight
-I drank to highly tipsy 4 days before my appt

For a little background info, I am 24 years old, 5'6" 135lbs, I eat okay but not great due to lack of funds, but I don't add salt to anything I eat and I don't over eat. I drink 20-40 oz of water a day minimum. I have ADD, non-medicated. I don't smoke, I drink very rarely, I don't do any other drugs. Is there anything else I am forgetting

caffeine-yes, tylenol messes with the liver which can mess with bp so yes, temp-yes, cycle-causes stress so yes, drinking 4 nights before-no b/c the alchol would be out of your system. Persistant drinking-yes. Height and weight look good, age is good, unhealthy eating-bad. You are forgetting genetics, does high bp run in your family?
I would think Doctors know best
Caffeine will increase blood pressure is a known fact and its a warning on a lot of Caffeine products. Secondly Taking Tylenol that much is very dangerous. Too much Tylenol can cause problems with your stomach.. I would seek a dentist and get to the root of the problem, no pun intended. The fact that your job career is still getting into motion.. The effects on you being fustrated, upset or whatever, can raise blood pressure levesl. Plus drinking .. will raise blood pressure..
Stress will most definitely raise your blood-pressure. My ex used to have "anxiety issues" before visiting the Dr-and although he never had any bp issues before-the Dr. always had him running like mad to have his heart checked...You should take (MAKE) time to enjoy the things in life we tend to forget that are free! (the ocean is a great example!)
ur allopathy doctor is the best person to help u out and no substitute
practice in alternative systems of medicines
Depends on how much higher it was, before I did medication, I would try other ways of bringing it down.
You seem to have a healthy lifestyle, they are so fast at handing out medication it makes my head swim, there is the thing called WHITE COAT SYNDROME, that when you go to the Dr's people have a tendency to be more nervous, and it ups the pressure.
