They kept saying it's normal for women below 30 to have lower blood pressure but it bothers me. I feel low on energy all the time, has it something to do with blood pressures? Can i do something to my diet?
Low blood pressure sounds normal for you. Eating salt and taking in extra fluid may temporarily elevate your BP, but there really isn't anything that you can take to make it higher. In the hospital, BP is elevated with drips, but that's only when low BP is life threatening. I have never heard of any treatment otherwise
