If someone's blood pressure is 140/75 is that high or low and is that bad?

that is a little above normal but not much 120/60 is goodThe top number is a bit high, the bottom number is OK.
It is normal, but on the high side. Keep a close eye on it. Anything over 140/80 is considered high.
That's sort of high...it depends on age and amount per week spent working out and stuff. It's not necessarily bad, but it can be if said person doesn't exercise much.
