Is sex good for reducing High Blood Pressure?

I know, I know!!!...

Just on the fun side :-)

Definitely!! It's also very good for de-stressing after a hard day's work. LOL.
It would seem that it provides a good level of activity. Also stress should be reduced so it might make sense. Maybe that's why mine went down! ;)
I have seen Discovery health and it seems sex is good for many things.
Reduces stress, eliminates head aches, however for High Blood Pressure I think it is not that good, sex makes your pressure increase... careful.
Yes it does - I have 90/50 BP. You know what I mean ;), and roughly what has to be done to achieve that.

Yes I do go to the gym, but never control what I eat - just stop when I feel full. In other words do not overstuff yourself to the point that your stomach hurt and you feel like throwing up a.s.a.p.

sex is a piece in the puzzle, but other things include getting enough sleep.
Next time when you're having sex, check the blood pressure for every 3 mins. You'll know the result. But by then your partner may give you a slap for not enjoying the process
Just don't get too sexcited....lol.
Dude, your girlfriend is not in town, are u planning to make holes in your tilam or something? Lol!

edit:
be a good boy and sleep early
