Ask your doctor because evry one has a base line of an expected BP level. so what is high for some is normal for others plus the answer can only come from a doc who can tell you if its truly concerning because some only care about the second number really where as some care about the whole number it all depends on the doc. so at you next apt ask if not at your apt call an advice nurse.
It varies, if the bottom # is over 90 they will worry. top number over 35 they will worry
