Is there a Homeopathy remedy for stage fright and bad breath?

Homeopathy IS only a placebo. It will NOT cure bad breath, this is what toothpaste is for. Homeopathic meds might make you more relaxed and thus improving being on stage.

Funny you ask because I read an article just last month that said that taking vitamin c before a nervous event (used public speaking as an example) can actually make you more calm and less stressed. Use 500 mg or so. I use it everyday (2 grams a day, 200 mg every hour or so) to keep my stress levels down and it's documented to work. This is amazing as C is extremely cheap and keeping your stress hormones down makes you feel so much better, have more energy, and better sleep .

Bad Breath? Try essential oils of peppermint- at a health food store. Ask them , they will know what you are talking about.

If you are old enough, join Toastmaster's They will get you over stagefright without having to rely on a pill.
As for the bad breath, the problem usually is your mouth, but can also be something going on in the stomach. If your teeth are in good shape and clean, and you brush and floss properly, the mouth should not be a source. Some foods are really noticeable, too. Brush well after eating them.

For stage fright - Bach's Rescue Remedy can't be beat!

For bad breath - Arsenicum Album - Ten drops in warm water three times daily.

For both - eat a banana.

Homeopathic remedies for stage fright;
Argent nit; Nervous, impulsive, hurried and talkative. Trembling with palpitations, fear of being confined, heights etc.

Arsenicum; Extreme mental/physical restlestness, anxiety in high acheivers who are perfectionists/critical.

Gelsemium; Anticapatory anxiety and dread before an event, heavy, weak and trembling. Frequent urination.

Kali phos; Anxious after stress. Calms and soothes the nervous system. Can take before bed when anxiety disturbs sleep patterns.

Lycopodium; Anticipatory and social anxiety with insecurity, lack of confidance and indecision. Terrified of public speaking but does well once started. rumbling and wind in abdomen.

Also consider; Aconite, Calc carb, Phosphorus, Ignatia, Silica.

Choose the remedy that best suits you. Take 3/4 pilules at 30c strength every 15 minutes for 1 hour (4 doses). Then 3 times a day for a week or so or until symptoms dissapear. Take away from food, coffee, toothepaste etc and store away from electricals.

Rescue remedy is also excellent and can be taken with homeopathics, however not at the same time. Take rescue remedy 4 drops every 15 minutes for 4 doses before going onstage.

For bad breath; Instead of homeopathics I would drink peppermint tea, 3 cups a day (away from homeopathics if you are taking any). Or try peppermint capsules. This will freshen breath and aide digestion.

Try a pro biotic, buy a good one. this will aide digestion and replace good bacteria and help destroy excess bad bacteria which may be contributing to bad breath.

Drink a large glass of lemon water every morning to help cleanse the stomache and liver/kidneys. Lemon will also flush out excess acids. Lemon is alkaline when in the body.

Avoid too much junk food, meat, sugar, alchohol etc.

The funny thing is that homeopaths have been treating people for ages for just about everything, and I suspect that many if not all wash out their little vials and the memoprised water goes into the environment where it is diluted and therfore made still more powerful. I can't help wondering why anyone who drinks tap water ever gets ill. (never mind having bad breath and nerves!)
