Atopic Dermatitis in 6 month old. Homeopathy helps?

My 6 months old baby boy was diagnosed with atopic dermatitis or eczema. I have been told that homeopathy is a better treatment option for long term skin disorders like eczema. Has anyone else tried homeopathy for this disorder in infants, and what has the experience been like?

Homeopathy is simply water or alcohol. The solvent (drug) is diluted to the point where it no longer has any of its molecules left. Homeopathy will not help; any apparent value comes from the placebo effect. Please talk to a Pediatrician about possible medical interventions.
