The Organon written by Samuel Hahnemann is really what homeopathy is based on, its not an easy read though. There are various modern versions available.

To ask about a "Code of Conduct" in Homeopathy, one has to also ask about a code in the medical Doctor's practice as well.
I'm not sure what you are asking, but I'm sure there dedication to healing and natural cures are far more than Medical Doctors.
