In Homeopathy which is the best medicine for UTI in female?

If a female get itching and burning sensation along with small ulcers containing pus in the vagina after her periods every month, which medicine is best for her?

These symptoms are very similar to those described in a female with Gonorrhea. If this is the case, a doctor will need to prescribe antibiotics before the condition worsens.
As for the question about UTI's, cranberry juice or supplements work well. It's also important to keep the vaginal area clean, but don't use any harsh cleansers. Harsh cleansers can often worsen the situation.

That doesnt sound like a UTI to me, it sounds like a STD! Go to the dr and get that checked out ASAP!!

I agree with the other person, it does not sound like a UTI. I'd get that checked out by a doctor.
