Patient is Hypothyroid, great weekness, suffers from constipation, low blood pressure, craves for salt. anaemic.
Please reply SKEP DOC 2.0 I will pray to god, that one day please open ur eyes to the wonderful science of homeopathy.
Meanwhile u can go to this link and find out for urself what the University of Leipzig has to say about ur doubts.
http://www.quantec.ch/english/biocommuni... god, what nonsense.
Suprisingly enough you can take as much of this crap as you want. It is only water after all.
PS What exactly is "weekness"? Should people as poorly educated as you be allowed anywhere near sick people? All homeopathic treatments can be given alone or in combination with other treatments, as there is no active chemical of any sort in them. They are starch tablets on which a drop of water was placed, ie, placebos.
I would ask how those various diagnoses/symptoms you describe were arrived at, as homeopaths don't have the training or knowledge to diagnose most of them. I'll spot them constipation and weakness without medical training
A patient who is actually hypothyroid, anemic, weak, constipated, hypotensive and possibly hyponatremic needs to see an actual medical doctor for a real diagnosis and actual treatment.
EDIT: It may come as no surprise to you, but I don't believe in your god..or any gods for that matter. But you can talk to yourself about me all you like.
Homeopathy is the opposite of science. The link you posted is proof that homeopaths don't know how to do proper RTC trials. Nothing else. Also Germany is notorious for doing really poor quality investigation on sCAM, along with China and India.
I'm sorry for your co-delusions. It must make living in the rational world difficult for you.
Homeopathy's two main laws (like cures like, more dilute potions are stronger) are implausible on the surface, and have never been proven. NEVER. In fact, they have never stood up to actual rigorous scientific investigation. Don't get me started on "water memory". There have been several very large systematic reviews of homeopathy in the last few years, and the overwhelming conclusion is that it does nothing more known placebos do. Even Edzard Ernst now admits that it is bunk. (He is a darling of the Alt Med movement and was trained as a homeopath) great weekness, suffers from constipation, low blood pressure, craves for salt. anaemic
Iron deficiency anaemia would be my guess - the anaemia, cravings, low blood pressure and weakness are all symptoms - and it can't be fixed with any of the homeopathic remedies that exist.
Why don't homeopaths get out of the 18th century and at least into the 20th?

Anand - I looked at the "research" you cited. Are you aware that the authors admitted that their study was flawed; the publication has been withdrawn from the journal Biologische Medizin and the Reckeweg Prize has been returned.
http://www.randi.org/jr/200511/111805set... has all the links. Homeopathy is Quackery, it does not work. I am not an arm-chair skeptic or uninformed about homeopathy, the theories, or the alleged 'scientific' evidence. In fact , my father is a homeopath, and it never worked for me or my family, I also have studied the homeopathetic literiture.
I always see a good naturopath, nutritionist/orthomolecular doctor, {western botanical, avyruvedic}herbalist or a medical doctor to bring me back to good health.
As my consultant once said, Homeopathetic.
Anyway, back to your question, you can take as many homeopathic remedies as you want, they won't interfere, since according to established science, it is impossible for a molecule to still be present in a 30C dilation. Let me explain:
At 6C potency, the medicine is diluted a million-million times, this is equivalent to 1 drop in twenty large swimming pools.
At 12C, this is equivelent to 1 drop in the Alantic ocean.
At 30C, the typical dilution, a truly astronomical dilution, you would need more than all the water on Earth, in fact you would need to leave Earth and find more water.
This is why Science and Homeopathy have been at war for more than 200 years.
Homeopathy was tested by independant labs by the BBC, and shown on BBC Horizon [Documentery] - Homeopathy The Test, Homeopathy failed the test. Duplicating Dr. Jacques Benveniste experiments, he claimed homeopathy was scientifically credible.
For the sake of augument, lets say water has a 'memory', it still does not prove the theory that 'like cures like', this is true in certain cases {e.g. Pollen in Honey to treat Hayfever, ect}, however this cannot be generalised for all diseases/illness, and thus homeopathy would still be rejected by science. If water does have a memory, this is worrying, considering the water cycle, how water goes through mud, waste, faeces, and then filtered, but the memory of all that waste it passed is still there, so are homeopath suggesting we are all drinking faeces, from fresh-clean tap water.
'But I know homeopathy works for me, I notice the difference', well that may be the case, this is known as the placebo effect, the power of the mind on healing the body, or removing stress regarding the illness, since you are actively doing something about it and taking a 'medicine', plus you have a long homepathic consultation, which is caring, they ask what you eat, tensions in your life, how long you sleep ect., which medical doctors don't do, since they have many patients and cannot spend so long on each patient, primary care clinics are more of a business.
S. Boulardii probiotic supplement will help with the constipation, and restart normal bowel movement, it has a laxative effect, although it is not a laxative, but a living yeast organism.
Please see, the website below for information on curing low blood pressure:
http://curezone.com/dis/1.asp?C0=61
Take a good high-strength multi-vitamin/mineral, and eat lots of raw organic vegetables and fruit.
Get atleast 30minutes of exercise per day.
Hope this helps. |
