What are the risks off homeopathy?

I don't think this is a forum for debate on whether homeopathy works or what the science says on the subject, etc. so I'm not going to get into any of that.

I can tell you, though, that the "risks" of homeopathy include mild to severe worsening of the symptoms you're trying to treat or return of old symptoms. You may have heard the term "healing crisis" - this isnt a phenomenon exclusive to homeopathy, but it's certainly observed with homeopathic treatment if it's too aggressive.

It is also possible with homeopathy if the dosing instructions are misunderstood (or if the patient is unusually sensitive) to undergo what we call a "proving" - taking on the characteristics of the remedy.

The long and short of it? If you're experiencing negative effects after you receive a remedy, ALWAYS check in with the prescribing practitioner.

There are no risks in using Homeopathic medicine only benefits. No side effects, no complications just 100% cures.
