Homeopathy for keratoconous?

my mother has stevens-johnson syndrome due to which she has extremely dry eyes. recently she has been diagnosed with keratoconous also which is seriosluy hindering vision. due to dryness in her eyes, she could not take surgical remedies or hard (glass) contact lenses which are advised to keratoconous patients. is any remedy available in homeopathy or some other alternative there which could help in her case???

Without getting into the debate as to whether homeopathy works or is "scientifically proven"...

Homeopathic remedies are best prescribed for the PATIENT, not the pathology. What that means is that a remedy shouldn't be chosen based only on your mom's keratoconos/SJS. A qualified practitioner will have to take her case to find the right remedy for her "totality of symptoms" ie: her very specific case/presentation.
