What is best for acne, Homeopathy or Medicines?

Obviously there is no cure for clearer skin, but what is most effective out of Medicines (creams, pills etc..) or Homeopathy?
It seems that natural medicines might work better, but do stubborn spots need stronger chemicals from man-made medicines?

It depends. If you want something that is healthier for your body, use a homeopathy remedy. However, with a homeopathic remedy, the dosage is higher. For example, one remedy which comes in a bottle from A Vitamin Shoppe requires 4 doses a day. A medicine such as Differin only requires one or maybe 2 doses a day but you should use with an oil free moisturizing lotion.

The most effective topical treatments for acne include benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. At night, coat sensitive areas with Betadyne, a natural and gentle iodine-based antiseptic. Wash your face two to three times a day and keep oily lotions and hair conditioners away from your face.

If you want natural treatments to address the cause of the problem, increase the amount of fish oil, soluble fiber, vegetables, and legumes in your diet. Eliminate foods that cause inflammation, such as dairy and red meat. Also eliminate hydrogenated fats which clog your pores.

Homeopathy is no more effective than a placebo.

Acne can be caused from many different reasons so there is no definite answer for a cure. Most commonly, I've noticed that excessive hormones and antibiotics can trigger it. They are horribly abused and misused and are forced to be kept pregnant, confined to a cramped metal stall most of their entire lives. As soon as they give birth, their babies are taken away from them immediately without even allowing the mother cow to properly nurse the baby. This causes terrible emotional pain and sadness for both the mother and the calf. The mother cow will often look for her baby out of concern - it is so unbelievably sad.

I believe acne must be treated internally (NATURALLY ONLY). It helps if you eat organic foods, avoid refined sugar and dairy products. Soy products are better, but if you do eat dairy, I recommend getting the organic, hormone/chemical-free stuff that can be purchased in many health food stores.
