Homeopathy treatment for my problem?

I am 23 yrs old male.I have a problem of dry yellow cough with bad breath comes out of my mouth though out the day and night with bad breathing remain whole day and night for last 2 years. But for past 6 months I have regular night falls from penis.During night falls when squirt comes out of my penis.The same squirt is comming out of my mouth as cough with bad breath very next morning for first six hours of the day and in remaining day and night the dry yellow cough comes out of my mouth with bad breath. I have try some home remedies like tulsi leaves with honey.But nothing have improve my problem. please help me to cure my problem with homeopathy medicine.
