Homeopathy users only: What are the remedies for PMS? |
I have been useing the following Pulsatilla 30C (windflower) Belladonna 30C (atropa belladonna) Sepia 30C (cuttlefish) But feel like I need something else. Do you have any suggestions? Look for bottles of CONTESSA, that is a homeopathic elixir that helps balance pms moodswings, bloating, cramping and hormone imbalance, mental and physical exhaustion during this time. It can be found at Naturopathic or Oriental Medicine offices as well as places like Natures Pantry below is a link where you can purchase Contessa Female Tonic for 30% off....... Source(s): http://www.myvitanet.com/30offcofetol.ht... we sell it in our naturpathy office Take b complex vitamin. I would say it depends on your symptoms. For my edginess and moodiness, I had a lot of success with meditation using lemongrass oil. I just drop a little on a light bulb and let it permeate the room, or use a candle and place a few drops on piece of tinfoil and let it sit nearby. Then focus on a point on the wall, or the flame of the candle, take some calming deep breaths, and meditate. For aches and weakness, try a hot bath with 1 C. of Epsom salts. I have only use Sepia for menstruation. I didn't know it was used for PMS...I should have been taking it a bit earlier as well! Try the link below for your specific symptoms, this link has been a great help to me because I do not have a personal homeopathist. www.abchomeopathy.com If your exercise regularly and drink lots of water and get plenty of rest...ingest no caffeine....and not eat meat...or processed foods...like me...You shouldn't get PMS. A lot of times PMS is caused by toxins and chemicals in your body.... |
