No they will not. The only thing that will increase height is growth hormone and you have to have a medical gowth problem to get that. If you are healthy then the only thing that will help is time.

Do not worry if you are a little shorter than you would like to be right now! You will grow! I did... pretty much everyone did!
Focus on foods that encourage bone growth and remember that you are wonderful no matter how tall you are!
I'm in my 30's and the most wonderful people I have ever met have been short, tall, fat, skinny, man, woman, rich, poor, and of every nationality imaginable! Thus, there is no "physical trait" that determines how wonderful a person is! And being wonderful is truly, and I mean TRULY, all that matters!

No, it cant. Height is independent of medicine and is related to heredity. You can increase growth of muscles but not bone. I have heard of people breaking legs and adding peices of artificial bone to increase height, but that is extremely painful.

Tell this young girl not to worry about her height. She may grow during a later growth spurt. But if not remember that you height is only a problem when you cant ride the rollercoaster, or drive a vehicle if it gets in the way of those things that make life enjoyable then there are solutions. But otherwise, I wouldnt mess with height.
