Is it true that Homeopathy doesn't cure immediately?

Acute diseases such as fever, headache, stomach ache, dysentery etc can be cured immediately. But chronic diseases might take weeks or even a year or two.
Homeopathy doesn't cure at all, because the ingerdients are so dilute they are ineffective. Where it seems to work it's a placebo effect.
it's called science
I just started homeopathic treatments 2 days ago, and the person who informed me specified that homeopathic treatments need at least 6 months to work at their fullest. You must take your treatment faithfully (eg 4 drops, 4 times a day).
Hahneman Homeopathy
It is not true that Homeopathy does not cure immediately. I practice Homeopathy and many times it has worked like magic, curing infront of your eyes. If the problem is deep rooted it takes time but for common recent disease it is very quick. in fact it is the doctor or prescriber not homeopathy which causes the unusual long time. The doctor is inefficient if it takes long time. nic1611@yahoo.com.
