Certainly not. But there are chances of the Homeopathy medicines to lose its effect. Make sure to let your doctor know about this.
it is always better to stick to one therapy at a time.
action of two different therapy at a time is difficult for body system.
believe in your doctor and his/her therapy.
think positive that you wish to get well soon.
nature takes care of rest of the things.
I actually respectfully disagree with the first answer. One of the biggest problems with homopathic medications as well as herbs etc is the lack of research done which would show what interacts with what.

Remember that prescription medication--allopathic if you wish, very frequently has it's origins in chemical derivatives of plants etc. For example Digoxin for heart problems come from Digitalis, commonly known as the pretty Foxglove plant. We KNOW that Digoxin negatively interacts with other medications. So in theory why wouldn't this similarly happen with other medications?

I have discussed this with both a mainstream MD as well as an Oriental herbalist and both felt it unwise to mix the two. I am a huge believer in oriental herbs and mixed remedies (there is one that I will risk as it blows out a cold if you take it as soon as it's coming on, and years ago I had tetinitus that 2 MD said was incurable, but was gone forever after about 2 weeks on an oriental herbal remedy.

I tell all this as I take a fair amount of mainstream medication for chronic pain. I very much wanted to pursue a more natural path. And as I mentioned earlier both sides warned me against it. As my MD said, it MIGHT be safe, but also it equally might not be. It would vary from combo to combo, and sadly there has been hardly any research into the effects of combining specific treatments. Even more sadly there has been IMHO far too little research done the effects of both Homeopathic medication and Herbal cures on their own.

So I would proceed with caution, and if you must combine them I would avoid anything long term. There just is no way to know right now. I truly hope someday they do some solid research so it won't be a crap shoot and we can know what is safe and what isn't.
Probably not, but it's best to opt for one treatment at a time and see which suits your body the best. Not all homeopathic treatments work well on some people but it is worth a try. Good luck.
u can ask allopathy doctor b4 u taking dosage altogether. bcoz its ur health
You have to tell your doctor about other medications, even if they are herbal or homeopathic. Most homeopathic medications base their "effectiveness" on having a miniscule amount of the "drug" and allowing the body to work with it. However, studies have shown that they have been "cut" so many times that the "effective" ingredient is absent.

However, it's not worth killing or harming yourself, so I'd tell your doctor. I'd also let the person with the decade of education treat you instead of the company who is devising the money making techniques of homeopathy.
actually it is virtually safe (Under Medical Supervision) for a person taking Homoeopathic Rx to take Allopathic Rx. But as Homoeopaths we advice a gap of 2 hrs. to be maintained between taking both the Medications
