Onions don't affect anything.
Homeopathy is a scam. Sorry. The whole idea of taking a poison and diluting it to the point where no trace of it can be detected in water, shaking up that water and then calling it a medication is obviously wacko.
Ends the homeopathic treatment? Homeopathic is drinking water. You are drinking water and have been fooled into thinking it is medicine. Take some chemistry courses and biology courses and learn how chemicals and the body interact and you will know that 1 part out of a million will have very little effect.

So, to answer the question. Eating an onion will not change what you are getting from your homeopathic treatment.
