Hi there, There is alot of research just now into the use of Omega 3 fish oil in the natural treatment of ADHD. Some of the stuff I have been reading states that the EPA part of the fish oil is the most active ingredient and should be taken in high concentrations such as 90%. Unfortunately, the shop bought variety will not be effective and you should try a reputible company online or mail order. There was a Dr on GMTV (Dr Robin Pauc) in the last couple of weeks who has written a book in this area which covers all aspects of treatment.
