Sorry their is NO CURE, but you will go through periods of 'flare' and then 'remissions'. You might want to try evening primrose oil or Omega 3 oils, take a capsule per day.
I wish there was a homeopathic cure. I have RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and am taking Enbrel and it has done wonders for me. You may also want to try accupuncture. I am about to give it a try.
Psoriatic arthritis affects the spine, just like Ankylosing spondylitis, a rheumatic disease of the same class.
