Arnica is the most well known and commonly used Homeopathic remedy. In it's 'common' capacity often as creams or ointments for bumps and bruises.mechanical injuries. The 300 refers to the potency which is middling to high and would be taken orally as little pills or a few drops of liquid. Because Arnica has a very large sphere of action it may have been prescribed for any number of conditions. A higher potency indicates the complaint may have a serious side to it. However usually it is given in any complaint that resulted with some kind of trauma and pain. If you want a more detailed answer, ask a more detailed question. As someone who cannot tolerate Ibuprofen, I use arnica pillules for muscular pain (including arthritis), trauma - well, almost anything really - including emotional and mental stress! |
