Why do some people withdraw from hypnosis half way through?

why do some people intend on something, only to want to withdraw later from it?

how much frustration does this cause the hypnotist who has spent so much time and energy usually?

why and how so?

Thanks for your answers!

even if they trust the hypnotist, why do some people not want to follow through with the complete hypnosis process??

Hello

The answer to that questions lies within the subconscious mind seeking to protect. It has positive intentions which can be harmful to the person & unless dealt with will always win & lead the client away into a safety zone.

A good hypnotherapist will explain this before therapy begins or even ask for a non refundable prior payment.

Sadhara

When the hypnotherapist suggests something during a session that is a lie, or which the person does not believe in or agree with, the person will wake up. The hypnotherapist has to speak the truth at all times and should talk to the person beforehand to make sure they are both agreed on what the hypno will suggest. I think its the subconscious protecting itself from things it doesn't want.

because the hypnosis didnt work

sometimes they withdraw cos it's not easy to hypnotise sensitive people..

because they are afraid and cant handle the pressure
because they dont want to hear the truth
