Can Hypnosis be successful through audibooks ? |
I have downloaded a couple of audio books about Hypnosis and I am doubtful whether they can succeed or not. I wonder if I have to attend a real Hypnosis session or it would be enough for me to listen to one of those audio books. In fact, I live in a place where access to hypnotherapist is not easy, so I only use audio books about Hypnosis. I am a trained hypnotherapist and I have to say that hypnosis is not very good at anything - unless the correct information is used. I only know of one application of hypnotherapy used to its proper effect so an audio book that doesn't even know your name, your individual circumstances etc, etc, ain't going to do it for you....it will only annoy you after a while and be left at the back of a draw someplace. Audio hypnosis books are of little use [ despite the dire " DO not listen to this tape while driving" ! ]. At the best they could be used as a form of relaxation tape, but not hypnosis, sorry but you wasted your money. |
