How does hypnosis work and how does it compare to "yoga" , etc? |
btw, does the person become more "child like" when they let down their cognitive , critical "defenses"?? hypnosis works by not working. Hello I think hypnosis is a state of mind and yoga isn't as someone already above has posted/commented. Tried them both and really found them to be just a fad. |
