If you could change any behavior through hypnosis, what would you choose to change?


I would make myself exercise and study more. How about you?

That's a very thought-provoking question...I think I would lose my anxiety so I'm not so afraid to do things on my own (like living in a dorm), and not be so shy.

I would like to keep the number of critters under my hat, at any one given time, to three. Carrying too many sometimes gives me a pain in the neck.

Exercise and study is a good start. I just wish that I could be much, much better in bed- a legend.

I would like to stop procrastinating about changing my life.

I'd probably make myself get out more.

i would change it so i didn't get angry so easily.
to be laid back.

Weight reduction ! So I would be healthier & live longer !
