Question about hypnosis recordings...? |
I bought 3 hypnosis downloads which are related to each other, but not exactly the same thing. Is it ok to listen to all 3 of these each day? They say to listen to the download every day for a month, but it doesn't talk about if it will matter if I'm listening to more than 1 topic. The 3 topics are public speaking, self-confidence and reducing embarrassment - so they are related but just not exactly the same. Any advice? Hello shaun I used several recordings at the same time for self hypnosis and even mixed my own blended versions for years with good effects. Go for it. |
