Hypnosis itself is very relaxing, the other person who has posted was hypnotised by a Hypnotist, not a therapist.

I've had a hypnotist attempt to do his magic on me, but he said my will was too strong. Most hypnotists are just con men putting on a show. I have a question for you though. If you are following the token that they wave in front of you, the hypnotist subconsciously must be following it also. So, if you say the trigger word and snap your fingers right before the hypnotist does the effect reverse upon the con man? Sing a Madonna song dancing monkey!

I have helped subjects do age regressions since it started to be popular in the 1960s.There are two forms of regression the first is age regression and the next is past life regression (this is the extreme of age regression)the past life regression is note worthy because of the jumps of time it may be a generation or two ,a century or two or even a Millenium or two.
I was able to document a past life of my own. I was a teamster hauling hides from Standing Rock reservation to Bismark N,D. I was murdered by one of my partners. I had done the regression a year or so before and stopped to see if I could do any documentation at the news paper or government offices, Govt offices came up with records in a few minutes that matched perfectly with nothing more than my name(at that time ) and the date. the keeper of the records asked if this was a relative I told her no and told her her about the regression when I finished she was as white as a sheet. please keep I had never been in Bismark in this life time. I have conducted hundreds of regressions They are fun. If the persons being regressed claims to be a famous person , it is garden variety heifer dust. ( large Bovine eddition). Famous people were used up many years ago.one of the hardest things in a regression is to get the person to say their full name and where they are. and the date.

If you are going to try this remember that all regressions can and have been based on fantasie. If the hypnotist give you any information it is not valid.
