Have you tried hypnosis for quitting smoking? Did it work for you?

I haven't, but my dad has. He has tried EVERYTHING and hypnosis was his latest attempt. He was hypnotised in person, and he got some CD's to bring home as well. Neither have worked at all for him. But don't be put off from the idea, because he personally knows two people that went to the same thing he did, and they both ended up quitting. Give it a try.

Yes I tried it, and no it didn't work at all.

I have tried to be hypnotized several times without success. But
it is a subject that has interested me for years. I was always
interested in how they were doing it and never went into a
deep sleep as required.
I have seen amazing things with people who were good subjects.

Self hypnosis, yes!
