Does hypnosis really work and could it help me to eat more healthy?

I see that people have put on here that it is for the weak minded - THAT IS RUBBISH!!!!

Hypnosis works on ANYONE and I challenge anyone who says otherwise to say what hypnosis actually is as it is obvious that they do not know.

I have treated MANY people with hypnosis from Doctors, Scientists and Politicians and many extremely strong willed people.

The truth is that the more strong willed and intelligent you are the easier you are to hypnotise.

I had hypnotherapy for different reasons, but I wouldn't recommend it. It slightly changed my way of thinking in some respects, but maybe that's just because I'm more aware of it now and I'm thinking before I act.

I would recommend sticking to willpower with your healthy eating plan. And invest in some lifestyle books and recipe books instead!!! xx

absolutly! i ctually only went to one session as it was expensive but even that helped loads! They basically alter your way of thinking and appart from that u get into such a fantastic trans state u wont want to come out of it. I was sooo relax i would defo recommend it to anyone! i went for anxiety etc which is obviosuly not the same as eating but its basically the same, making your head stronger in areas you are weak in.

Im not too sure if hypnosis works but paul mckenna book " i can make you thin" has a CD with the book that you listen to everyday which ive been using for over a week and it is great.its worth reading the reviews on amazon before you decide to purchase it.

Go on Youtube and see if you can find Paul Makenna in "I can make you thin". (Im not sure if his name is spelled right).

He uses little techniques that reprogram your brain to have extra resistance to cravings that you can just do on the spot. He knows his stuff.

It works for the weak minded. If you have a very strong mind it's not going to work at all...usually if you have to ask it's not going to work for you.

I think hypnosis for that reason is a bit far fetched and you can only lose weight if you make an honest effort.

Just dont eat crap
