Are my eyes meant to roll back during a self hypnosis? |
My eyes keep rolling back putting pressure on my head but it makes feel me more relaxed. It feels like there is pressure on them. Is this what its meant to feel like? Your body might grow out of it but it won't interfere with the suggestions you give yourself. yes |
