Their physiology and ours is VASTLY different. They only ovulate when mating is occurring, in order to save the ovum in the event that they don't mate.

They still bleed however, in order to attract a mate (it contains STRONG pheromones). They don't bleed because they didn't get pregnant like humans, the bleed TO get pregnant.

So in removing the sex organs, you're not doing anything but preventing the cat from attracting mates; it does not effect hormone levels in their bodies as radically as it does a human's.

no, she will still want a mate but the urge won't be there .
