I had a hysterectomy 2weeks ago,im fightened of putting to much weight on sat 'being good'? |
i had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. Before then i used to run at least 20mins per day. Because ive got 'to be good' until my six week check up i cant exercise, and just a 10 minute walk the other day tired me out and made me ill the next day. What exercise can i do without the risk of me setting myself back on the recovery scale Really, you shouldn't do any exercise unless you check with your doctor first. |
