Any non-prescription remedies for hot flashes after a total hysterectomy? |
My doctor and I have decided not to treat with hormone replacement-she told me to up my anti-depressant milligrams, but that hasn't helped at all. Anywhere from 8-10 hot flashes a day-where I become drenched in sweat. HELP PLEASE! You can try something like Estroven (an example only) to see if that might be of any help but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what other suggestions she might have that can be of help. |
