Endometrial Ablation vs Hysterectomy for PCOS??

I have PCOS which has caused a multitude of problems for me over the years. My Gyno has given me the option of Ablation or Hysterectomy.

Has anyone had and Ablation done for dysfuntional uterine bleeding due to PCOS? If you have...what were your results? Did it lighten the bleeding and discomfort? Did you later have the need for a hysterectomy anyway? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
