Hysterectomy, my sister had one? |
My sister had an Hysterectomy and she is very depressed, has any one ever went through this and does it get better? Im very worried about her, her husband travels alot and she is home alone alot. Did they take her Ovaries? Was this sudden? Was there an underlying reason( cervical cancer or endometriosis)? How old is she ? Does she have children or plan on having more? There are a lot of reasons and one of the biggest is if they removed her ovaries it removes all of your female hormones making you depressed. If it was expected it helps to come to terms with it. If she doesn't have any children or expects to have more it is devastating to know you will never have anymore. |
