Hysterectomy, tummy tuck and Vaginoplasty?

I need to get a hysterectomy due to cancer, but does anyone know if the doctors would do a tummy tuck and vaginoplasty at the same time? I hate pain but would really like to get a tummy tuck and Vaginoplasty as after having 3 kids my tummy and down there have never been the same, im slim but have lots of extra skin on my tummy and im only 27 and cant live with it any longer, as I need to have the hysterectomy done and going to be in a lot of pain with that, I want to kill 3 birds with one stone, is it possible?

I just had a hysterectomy seven weeks ago. I am 31. The recovery of just the hysterectomy has been bad enough!
I would suggest having the hysterectomy and get the cancer under control!! The other two things are voluntary and not necessary for you to continue living.
I wouldn't worry about a tummy tuck until you are fully recovered from the first!!

Hi, no unfortunately you won't be able to get all those at the same time because a hysterectomy is done by an OB/GYN doctor and and only plastic surgeons do tummy tucks. How do you know you need a Vaginoplasty? They can reconstruct your vagina if you get prolapse later on ....that is done by an OB/GYN, but anything with "plasty" at the end is done by cosmetic plastic surgeons! Plus your insurance won't pay for cosmetic (elective) surgery, but it will pay probably for hysterectomy & prolapse tie-up. They use pig tissue to do that with because it's strong. Most plastic surgery must be paid for with cash.

I'm sure it's possible, but probably not with the same doctor. You should consult your Gyn. who will be performing the hysterectomy & tell what you'd like to have done. He/she may recommend a plastic surgoen. They can "tag-team" you while you're under (sorry, nor sure how else to put that), & you can have it all done at once. Good luck! :o)

honestly that would depend on the doctor. Ask your obgyn, who is going to do the hysterectomy.. right? if he is going to use a plastic surgeon to close, then ask if you can consult with him/her and ask... I would not do the vaginaplasty, personally, because I have heard you donot feel as much... but then, they told me that about when I got my breast reduction and boy were THEY wrong! LOL
Good luck, and take care of yourself during the healing process... DRINK LOOOOOOTTTTTTTSSSS of water, will help you heal so much faster!

Sure, make an appointment with your surgeon to disscuss it.
