Let's say you had a full hysterectomy - uterus, cervix and all removed...if you have sex what happens to sperm |
I mean, how do you expel it...do they just swim around in there forever? I'm serious. From what I've read and what I know from friends who've had total hysterectomies, where the cervix was is sutured and heals over. It's not like you enter the vagina and go directly into the body cavity with all the other organs. The vagina remains finite after healing. There's only a limited amount of space. So, just like you didn't have a hysterectomy, gravity takes over and the most of the semen just come right out. What remains inside will break down and become absorbed by the body and become waste products. I have heard that sperm die after 5 days or so because of the acidity of the vagina. What they do for those 5 days...I'm not so sure. Probably swim around, checking their tiny sperm maps, looking to knock up whatever they can find... No. It will either run out of you or your body or it will reabsorb it, meaning you body will just absorb it and break the sperm/fluid down. Every a lady with all her parts usually dribbles most of the semen out the way it came in. That's what the tissues are for. |
