Will you still be able to have sex if you have Hysterectomy? |
I heard your sex life is over and you cant have sex again because there is no uterus. Is it true? So no more orgasms and no more sensation? You can still have sex. But sexual enjoyment and functioning might be affected by removal of your uterus. It will be affected to an even greater extent if you have your ovaries removed--which docs sometimes do, even when there's nothing wrong with the ovaries, when you get a hysterectomy. Other women report that sex is better or the same after a hysterectomy. So it differs on a case-by-case basis. That's one reason why it's a good idea to make sure you absolutely need a hysterectomy before having one. OMG NO! I had one 1 years ago and life is SO much better. Nothing to worry about and everything to celebrate. You are going to LOVE this and so will your significant other. Best of Luck and stop worrying. |
