Can a woman completely lose her sex drive after having a full hysterectomy?

My woman has had a full hysterectomy, and she says she has completely lost her sex drive it's been since December 19, 2008 when she had her surgery and a 3 month wait to heal completely after that date of having no sex. Now it's April 22, 2009 and she is still telling me she has no sex drive. We don't have sex anymore, and the medication called Primyr(I think this is how it's spelled) is making her lose sexual drive in her hormones. One common problem that happens is this. I have been there and done that. You have to figure out what it is first that is destroying her sex drive. If shes on medication like birth control or anti-depressants that is something to think about and do research on.
