I had a total hysterectomy and am now experiencing post surgical menopause. Can this cause vertigo?

It might be related; however it is more likely that you're suffering from vertigo because you might have an ear infection or your vision has altered perceptibly.

Make an appointment with your doctor and get a full physical exam and make sure you tell him/her you're there BECAUSE of vertigo.
