Please help me! fecal incontinence?

I have fecal incontinence.. only after i use the restroom though.. liquid stuff just comes out.. not into my panties or anything I just cant seem to get clean.. is there anyway to make it stop? I have to be somewhere in 2 hours? please help!!!

This phenomenon is known as anal leakage.

Imodium ad. Quick to the rescue, but you should start to watch what you eat, how much and how often. Must be something in your diet or you may have some kind of flu or bug.
Long term help should be addressed by your doctor or nurse practitioner.

It seems my problem is similar. I do #2 and I wipe it clean but then later a tiny amount comes out, like I didn't wipe at all. It gets uncomfortable and I have to go to the bathroom again just to wipe. I discovered the problem goes away if I eat less meat and more fruits, vegetables, and grains. I guess I wasn't getting enough fiber.
