My four year old son has fectal incontinence like me and he is often constipated, how do i help him.? |
p.s. i am the soon to be mom of Kristiana and Alessandra, so my belly is growing. This is a question for his doctor. Avoid constipating foods and drinks, such as white flour, sugar, cheese, fried foods, sweets, salt, beef, pasteurized milk, all junk food and carbonated drinks. I googled constipating foods to get this info. I think the previous answerer eliminated just about all the food groups there! |
