Did u ever have any episode of urinary incontinence?

I am feeling very embarrassed to ask this question but I am in trouble. Sometimes I have a very strong urge to urinate and I am quite afraid when i move out worrying what if i don't find a toilet..... I am all the time worried about this thing and I feel i am beginning to go into depression b'coz of dis.. i am even shameful to go to a doctor, plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz someone help.

for info, i am just 23 :-(

The fact that you are worrying about this all the time will be making yous situation worse. Every time i start thinking i am going to get cystitus i always get the burning feeling so i went to the doc and she told me that in around 40% of cases people only believe they have the symptoms when rally they dont. There are exersizes for yous pelvic floor (the muscle that keeps the vagina tight and keeps your uterus in position. Next time you go to the loo try to stop peeing half way, the muscles you use to do this are the ones that need working on. Once you have identified the muscles try doind around 15 clenches twice a day and work yourself up to doind them ten times a day and try holding the clench longer and longer each time. There are small cone weights which can be bought from chemists that you insert in to your vagina and you keep them in place during the day using the pelvic muscles after a few weeks you can move on to heavier ones if you desire. Working on these muscles will also benefit your sex life as you will have more hold when your partner enters you and he will feel the difference also. I have done these exersizes for ages. The best thing about them is you can do them anywhere, at work, on the bus, out shopping the choice is yours!!! Good luck and Merry Christmas!!!

Yes I have. I think as you get older your bladder control weakens anyway. The only thing you can do is see a doctor.

You are not alone. I suffer from this too. I hate going out because I need to use the loo so often. I have have to wear Tena lady when out shopping, they do some that are so small but very absorbent. You can get a free sample pack from this site.

Pelvic floor exercises help, but please speak to your GP. They see worse than this every day, also if your practice has a female doctor ask to she her.

Don't be embarrassed about going to the doctor ever. That's what they are trained for. They have seen and heard just about every problem that anyone has ever had. There can be a lot of valid medical reasons for your problem, from infection to nerve problems. Get this checked soon.

Wtf?

Everyone does....when they are babies
