Ok, so I've decided on incontinence diapers for after labor -embarrassing..but I have a question? |
I really can't stand the thought of a pad not doing the trick (I toss and turn alot in bed), and I do not like the thought of a pad not completely catching everything.... So I've decided on protective underwear for after the birth.... I am not looking forward to going to Wal Mart and picking them up, haha.... So I would like to know what brand you used and preffered? Also how do I know the size I'll need? I am 5'5 and 168 lbs Jean size 8-10 (if that matters)... Also do they only sell big quantities, because I couldn't imagine I would need that many before pads would work just fine. Thanks.... ooh i dont know much about that, i would check with stores online to see if they have any, then you can just have them sent to your house. but if not, then yea i'd send your hubby..if its that big of a deal. most people wont even think twice about stuff like that, they're just tryin to get outta the store. so really i wouldnt stress over it. it just like buying tampons or pads, if you need them, you need them. I don't know anything about the sizing, but for the embarrassment... If you are embarrassed say they are for your mother.. go out of your way to ask if you can take them back if your mom opens them and they are not the right ones. No one would even question it. They actually gave me a supply in the hospital. By the time that supply ran out, I was ready to just start using overnight-size pads. Order them online. They come to your door and you don't have to worry about the embarrassment. Also, you can get deals online and sometimes free shipping. |
