when i run i leak! Are you saying you suffer incontinence when you exercise? If so, that can be a common problem in women, usually those who have had children. The pelvic muscles can become stretched and not support the bladder and uterus as well as they should. The best thing is to make an appointment with the doctor as he can refer you to a gynaecologist for further assessment. Sometimes a course of physiotherapy can be enough to 'tighten' the muscles again or sometimes surgery is necessary (it is one of the most common operations performed on women). what about it?
