Women over 50 only incontinence?


Ok embarrassing, but so frustrating. I pee normally all day, can go without for hours and don't "dribble" but the minute i go to take my shower and remove my clothing, i dribble and it is getting worse, and that is before i turn the water on in the shower. Anyone else have this happen to them.

Do your kegals.
empty your bladder before shower time, maybe you can trick your body, something is stimulating the need to go.
