Very! We flex a muscle to hold our urine, and relax it to release it. We constantly fight gravity and if the muscle gets weak or tired, or we get distracted by a sudden sneeze or laugh, we tend to leak.
The reason is OVER ACTIVE BLADDER and also
Women do not have Prostate and also they do not have urethra( long opening)
