If you have a kidney infection, you really need to be seen by a doctor. Take care of the infection and the other problem should clear up on it's own.
i dont know for kidney infections, but i have incontinence and take ditropan XL every morning. ive been doing it for years, and its great, it relaxes the bladder muscle and makes you have less accidents.
If you suspect an infection you really need to get to the doctor. Try cranberry pills or cranberry juice to help rid the infection in the meanwhile. Incontinence isn't going to improve until the infection is gone. Sorry it isn't an answer to what you needed.
A kidney infection requires medical intervention. No known OTC products for incontinence.
you must see a dr if you have an infection!
It is not remotely realistic to attempt to solve problems of this nature using Answers, and it may well be detrimental to the patient. There is nothing useful that you can utilise over the counter.

Arrange a proper medical consultation, that is what doctors are there for!
