Or get in touch with the incontinence department at your local hospital...

If you are in the uK then go through your GP (assuming you have a medical need rather than a fetish). If its a fetish then there are lots of online sellers, just take your pick.
I've seen plastic pants at CWI Medical. I think they were called SaniPant.
